We”, and “Us” means Gift Ideas By Cindy – The company and “You”, “Shopper”, “Buyer” means you the customer. Product/(s) means goods sold by our company – Gift Ideas By Cindy on this web site. Price means the price at which the Products are sold on this web site. Order means an order for Products on this web site.

Age Restriction
By using our site, you agree and confirm that you are 18 years old or above during the time that you are viewing and/or purchasing any products from our site.

Colours
We keep doing our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Quality
It is our aim to exceed on customer’s expectation on quality. All our products are carefully checked.

Hand-painted/Handwoven Bags Quality/Warranty
It is strongly recommended not to put any heavy or sharp objects inside these bags. Though we guarantee that the colours of the bags  will not fade or bleed if in contact with water but please do not let it settle for too long. Water damages, and damages caused by putting heavy/sharp objects, or any mishandling will not be covered strictly by our warranty.

PRE-ORDER
Some of our products available to purchase here on our page are for Pre-Orders only. These are personalised request orders that will require full payment and strictly NO CANCELLATION. Once we receive your order and confirm payment, we will then proceed in processing your order. Please note that no ETA will be given yet until we finalise from our artist the availability and possible shipment but as a valued customer, we will keep you updated with the progress of your order.

NO RUSH ORDER is accepted for all our handpainted and personalised native bags. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Placing Your Order
You may place an Order by adding items to ‘Shopping Bag’ on Gift Ideas By Cindy Website and clicking the “Check Out” button. When you place your Order, we will issue you with an Order Number via email. Once Payment is confirmed we will send you another notification that your order is being processed by sending you an Order Confirmation via email. To check the status of your order, you may log in to your account and see “Order History”. If we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Gift Cards
Once ordered and confirmed as paid, we will send you a notification and the copy of your digital Gift Card via email, no physical card will be mailed. Gift Ideas By Cindy’s Digital gift card does not expire.

Coupons
In some special occasions, Gift Ideas By Cindy may give out “special Coupons” that will entitle you to get discounts. Coupons can only be used as “discount” and cannot be converted into cash. Coupons must be used before its expiration date otherwise it will not be valid.

Delivery of the Item
Should the courier be unable to leave the parcel during delivery due to unavailability of the receiver, Gift Ideas By Cindy will not be held liable in any way. Courier instead may leave an attempted delivery card and return the parcel to their depot. It is now the receiver’s full responsibility to pick up the item from the depot.
Please ensure that you will give us your right/specific address as re-delivery fee will be charged if a delivery cannot be received due to wrong address provided.

Clearance Collection Products
In the event that your order is one of our products from our clearance collection and needs to be returned for warranty, though we will not be able to refund you, a store credit can be given instead and will be saved to your account for you to use on your next order.

Your Rights To Return A Product
Before making a purchase, please read carefully the description and details of the item that interest you. Please understand that we DO NOT refund/exchange if you simply change your mind. However, if you feel that items sold on this website need to be returned due to warranty, we will surely make all possible efforts to make it up to you.
An exchage for the item or a credit in a way of sending a “Gift Voucher or Discount Code” will be issued to you once returned goods has been assessed and accepted.
The item must be returned to us in brand new condition, with the packaging and item being exactly as it was when you received it. All Products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories that shipped with it.
Return item must be returned with the Proof of Purchase (Tax Invoice) as well to be entitled for a credit if needed.

If you find a defect arises after delivery please contact us immediately under “Contact” page.

Return postage will be at buyer’s expense. However, in such cases that a return postage happens due to INCORRECTLY DESCRIBED ITEM/(S), a process of investigation and assessing of the item will be done and once verified, Gift Ideas By Cindy will pay for the return shipping cost.

Item Sold with Manufacturer’s Warranty
Some products sold through us are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturer in accordance with the warranty information provided.
